This constantly expanding dataset has been painstaking gathered from thousands of sources across the US. Every land parcel in the dataset has been converted into a standardized delivery format and rectified against DOQQ imagery to offer a stated accuracy we can stand behind. This dataset includes parcels which have been hand digitized from paper maps and rescued from digital files with no geographic structure – many of which have never before been captured in digital form. When it comes to standardization, coverage, accuracy and currency, no other land parcel dataset comes close.
