ParcelPoint®
Digital Parcel Data
- Currently our most popular land parcel product, featuring the most extensive coverage available and linked to standardized attribute information.
- Delivered with standardized attributes, i.e. Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN), parcel address and owner name (as available) linked to an accurate parcel boundary.
- Typically sold by the county with an annual license agreement in polygon shapefile format. Ask about subdivided counties for right-of-way work as well as our nation-wide OGC© Web Mapping Service.
TaxRoll Plus+
Tax Roll Spreadsheet Data
- Intended for clients seeking up-to-date tax roll data but without the needs of parcel boundaries.
- Consists of county-wide database of standardized parcel attributes including parcel address and APN; owner name and address; land values and acreage; title, deed and previous sales; land use and zoning codes, legal descriptions and more.
- Sold by the county in spreadsheet or database format. As long as the annual license is kept current, clients receive quarterly updates at no additional charge.
Parcels Plus+
ParcelPoint Enhanced with Tax Roll Data
- Built from a combination of ParcelPoint and TaxRoll Plus+, Parcels Plus+ is for clients that seek detailed tax roll attributes linked to accurate parcel boundaries.
- Features the standardized and up-to-date attributes delivered with TaxRoll Plus+ linked to the accurate parcel boundaries of ParcelPoint
- Sold by the county in spreadsheet or database format. As long as the annual license is kept current, clients receive quarterly updates at no additional charge.
ParcelProximate
Geocoded Tax Roll Data
- Proprietary CoreLogic address matching and geocoding technology are used to link detailed tax roll data to geographic coordinates in counties that lack accurate parcel boundaries.
- Features the standardized and up-to-date attributes delivered with TaxRoll Plus+ linked to an estimated parcel centriod.
- Sold by the county in spreadsheet or database format. As long as the annual license is kept current, clients receive quarterly updates at no additional charge.
- Offered only in locations without ParcelPoint coverage.
