eMap International Personnel Capabilities

davidDavid Nale, President/CEO, CP, CMS, PLS
David is a Certified Photogrammetrist, Certified Mapping Scientist and Professional Land Surveyor (licensed in multiple states). For over 30 years he has been in direct responsible charge of major Photogrammetric, LiDAR, Geodetic Surveying, and Satellite Imagery projects on a global basis. These assignments include the LiDAR mapping of the entire country of Switzerland, Obstruction Analysis for hundreds of international and domestic airports, tasking of DigitalGlobe/GeoEye, Astrium and RapidEye imaging satellites and completion of mapping and orthophoto projects from these satellite images.

In addition David serves on the Board of Directors of Optech Inc, the international LiDAR manufacture and is very knowledgeable of airborne and terrestrial LiDAR technologies their application and their present and future design.  Mr. Nale is also an Advisory Board Member of Penn State’s Masters in GIS program.

 

Jen Dubrow, Geospatial Analyst and Project Manager
Jennifer is a Geography graduate from the University of Denver and presently completing her Masters in Geography. She is an IFSAR specialist writing specifications and managing major nationwide IFSAR projects. As well as working with IFSAR, Jennifer is an imagery analyst and has worked extensively managing, procuring and delivering commercial satellite imagery. In her role as an imagery specialist she works with national and international clients providing satellite and aerial imagery and as an imagery analyst interpreting imagery.

 

Kimberly Nale, Geospatial Analyst and Project Manager
Kimberly is a Geography graduate from the University of Florida and has worked with geospatial companies producing orthorectified satellite and aerial imagery. She has worked in various capacities and has unique experience and knowledge of the satellite imagery industry from specifications development to project management, satellite product tasking, and product delivery.  Ms. Nale works with clients to understand each customer’s technical requirements and capabilities; and then translated these into product recommendations and deliverables.  As a project manager she works closely with numerous satellite and aerial imagery companies specifying and securing imagery and LiDAR for national and international projects

 

Sarah Johnson, Geospatial Analyst/LiDAR and Imagery Specialist
Sarah is a Geography graduate from the University of Florida. She has extensive experience in creating orthorectified/high quality hydro-enforced imagery data. Her responsibilities include flight planning, ortho-rectification, hydro-enforced breaklines, GIS and overall QA/QC. Sarah has completed numerous airborne LiDAR projects which include flight planning and development of detailed topography, orthophotography and hyperspectral imagery. Her capabilities include calibration of imagery data sets and analysis of LiDAR system related issues.
